By using this website or participating in any Canvas & Clay workshop or program, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before participating.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ascended Enterprises LLC (DBA Canvas & Clay Wellness Workshops). By accessing our website at mycanvasandclay.com, registering for a workshop, or participating in any Canvas & Clay program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or participate in our programs.
Canvas & Clay provides expressive arts wellness workshops including community workshops, corporate wellness programs, government agency programs, and nonprofit facilitation involving painting, ceramics, mixed media, breathwork, and related wellness activities.
All Canvas & Clay workshops are wellness facilitation and personal enrichment experiences — not licensed therapy, medical treatment, or clinical mental health services. See our full Disclaimer.
Community workshops are open to adults 18 years of age and older unless otherwise designated. Youth programming (ages 14–24) is conducted through community partners with appropriate parental/guardian consent frameworks. By registering, you represent that you meet the age requirement, are physically able to participate, and have disclosed any conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect your participation.
Registration is confirmed upon written confirmation from Canvas & Clay. For corporate and government engagements, booking is confirmed upon execution of a written proposal or agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Canvas & Clay reserves the right to refuse service or remove a participant from any program if their conduct violates these Terms or creates an unsafe environment.
Canvas & Clay accepts GPC/government purchase cards, purchase orders, ACH, check, and credit card. Government engagement payment terms are Net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All participants must maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. The following conduct is prohibited:
Canvas & Clay may remove any participant from a session without refund for violations of these standards and may prohibit future participation in serious cases.
By participating, you acknowledge that you have disclosed any relevant physical conditions, injuries, or allergies to our facilitator prior to the session, and will notify the facilitator immediately if you feel unwell. Participants with severe allergies to art materials (acrylics, clay, aromatherapy) should contact us before registering.
You retain full ownership of any artwork you create during a Canvas & Clay workshop.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent. The "Canvas & Clay" name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary to Ascended Enterprises LLC.
Canvas & Clay may photograph or record sessions for marketing purposes. By participating, you grant Canvas & Clay permission to use your likeness unless you opt out in writing prior to the session. Participants may photograph their own artwork but must not photograph other participants without their explicit written consent.
Canvas & Clay services and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties that our services will meet your specific expectations or that sessions will achieve particular wellness outcomes.
