Our Workshops

An Immersive Creative Experience

Every Canvas & Clay workshop combines painting and ceramics together in a single session – engaging all five senses for a full-body, full-mind wellness experience unlike anything a standard art class offers.

5-Sense Experience - Canvas & Clay
The 5-Sense Experience

Painting + Ceramics โ€” Together

Canvas & Clay workshops are not a painting class or a ceramics class โ€” they are both, woven together into a single immersive wellness journey. Participants move between the tactile grounding of working with clay and the expressive freedom of painting, guided at each step by intention-setting, breathwork, and sensory cues.

The full sensory environment โ€” ambient music, aromatherapy, and carefully chosen textures โ€” is designed to move participants out of their heads and into the present moment. This is where real stress release happens.

How a Session Flows

1
Welcome & Intention-Setting

Guided breathwork to settle the nervous system. Aromatherapy diffused. Participants set a personal intention for the session.

2
Clay Work โ€” Grounding Through Touch

Hands-on ceramics: pinching, coiling, and hand-building. No wheel. No experience needed. Just your hands, the earth, and the present moment.

3
Painting โ€” Expression Through Color

Guided expressive painting with acrylic, watercolor, or mixed media. Themed prompts help participants translate emotion into color and form.

4
Reflection & Sharing Circle

Optional group sharing and guided journaling. Processing what came up, building community connection, and anchoring the experience.

5
Grounding Close & Take-Home Tools

A brief grounding practice. Every participant leaves with their own artwork, a breathwork reference card, and a wellness resource guide.
